Flour Craft Bakery at 520 San Anselmo Avenue is a dedicated gluten-free bakery founded by Heather Hardcastle in 2017. After years developing recipes for her daughter who has celiac disease, Hardcastle opened this separate facility with no wheat on-site. The case holds sourdough bread, croissants, scones, tartines, and sandwiches — all gluten-free. There is a second location in Mill Valley at the Lumber Yard.
