Flour Craft's Mill Valley location is at 129 Miller Avenue in the Lumber Yard complex. Heather Hardcastle opened Flour Craft as a dedicated gluten-free bakery in 2017 after years of developing recipes for her daughter, who has celiac disease. Everything in the case is gluten-free: sourdough bread, croissants, scones, sandwiches, tartines. The bakery uses separate facilities with no wheat on-site. This is the second location; the original is on San Anselmo Avenue.
