How to get us to write about you
Make it Marin
We write for people who live here, or who drive over the bridge on purpose. A Larkspur opening beats a national product launch.
Send photos
A couple of real pictures, or a link to a press folder. Phone photos of the room, the plate, the sign. Not a logo on a white square.
Invite us in
Hard to write about a kitchen we have not stood in. Say when we can come by.
Do not expect a guarantee
We read everything. We cannot write everything. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
Reviews
We review places we can walk into. If you want a product or a pop-up looked at, say so in the same email. Samples are not returned, and a submission is not a promise we will write. If we do not like it, we usually just stay quiet.
