Marshall Home Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 1,000 acres along Tomales Bay. It has been in the same family since 1852. They raise grass-fed beef and host guests in three vacation rentals: a cabin, a farmhouse, and a cottage. Expect ranch roads, rolling hills, bay views, and the occasional cow. The ranch is about an hour north of San Francisco.
