Tomales Bay is calm, scenic, and inside Point Reyes National Seashore. Blue Waters Kayaking rents kayaks and SUPs from their Point Reyes Station headquarters or from Heart's Desire Beach on weekends. Drakes Estero closes to boats March through June for harbor seal pupping.
