Highlow Larder at 32 Main Street in Tiburon was founded by chef Elizabeth Smith, who trained at Chez Panisse, Fatted Calf, and three-Michelin-star Noma where she learned fermentation and foraging. Part shop, part gathering space—they carry tinned fish, quality kitchen tools, and host cooking classes. Their tinned fish subscription club brings curated selections from responsible fisheries monthly. Open daily 10am to 7pm.
