Sand courts in Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Sausalito, and Larkspur. McNears has courts at the county beach.

  1. Mill Valley

    Bayfront Park

    Sand. East end of Sycamore Avenue. First come unless reserved. Groups of 15+ need a reservation. City nets. Courts from half an hour before sunrise to half an hour after sunset. No pets on the courts.

  2. Corte Madera

    The Cove Park

    Sand. 330 Golden Hind Passage, next to The Cove School.

  3. Sausalito

    Dunphy Park

    Sand. Bridgeway at Napa.

  4. Larkspur

    Piper Park

    Two sand courts. First come unless you reserve. Online reservations 48 hours ahead, year-round. Next to Hall Middle School.

  5. San Rafael

    McNears Beach Park

    Volleyball courts. 201 Cantera Way. No dogs except service animals. Summer 2026 through Sept 7, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fall from Sept 8, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
