Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese

The Giacominis have been milking cows overlooking Tomales Bay since 1959. In 2000 the daughters started making cheese. Original Blue is still made on the farm, from their own cows, a few hours after milking. Toma, Bay Blue, the Brie — those are Petaluma now. The marketplace is on the ranch, three miles north of Point Reyes Station.

Made in Marin.
