The Civic Center markets in San Rafael run Sunday and Thursday, both year-round. Mill Valley is Friday. The Saturday market at Marin Country Mart in Larkspur has live music and is right by the ferry.

    Every Sunday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round, rain or shine. Over 150 vendors. Frank Lloyd Wright building, plenty of parking, SMART stop.

    Civic Center Thursday

    Every Thursday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round, rain or shine. Locals call it the Chef's Market. By the lagoon with a view of Tam.

  3. Mill Valley

    Mill Valley Friday

    Every Friday 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., year-round. CVS parking lot at Alto Shopping Center, 759 E. Blithedale. Compact and high quality.

  4. Larkspur

    Marin Country Mart Saturday

    Every Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., year-round, rain or shine. Live music from 11 a.m., kids programming from 9:30 a.m. Right by the Larkspur ferry.
