Tụ Tập means gather, and that is the whole idea. A high-ceilinged dining room on San Anselmo Avenue, a rooftop bar with Tam in the distance, and Vietnamese cooking with smoke, a raw bar, and cocktails that actually use Marin farms. Justine Kelly grew up here and spent 18 years at the Slanted Door. She is in this kitchen now. Dinner Sunday through Wednesday 5 to 9, Thursday through Saturday 5 to 9:30. The bar and rooftop stay open an hour later. Brunch coming soon.
