A high-ceilinged dining room on San Anselmo Avenue, a rooftop bar with Tam in the distance, and Vietnamese cooking with smoke, a raw bar, and cocktails that actually use Marin farms. Justine Kelly grew up here and spent 18 years at the Slanted Door. She is in this kitchen now. Go for dinner. Stay upstairs.
