Chad Robertson and Liz Prueitt started baking in Point Reyes and on a Mill Valley side street before Tartine became a Mission institution. Twenty-six years later the bakery is home again, in a bright 3,000-square-foot cafe at Strawberry Village. Country loaves still come up from San Francisco. The pastries, the morning bun, the breakfast sandwich, the smashburger: those come out of this kitchen. Open 8 to 4. Get in line. It is worth it.
